First I was a bit puzzled because I had not received the exact product I ordered, but a quick exchange of e-mails with B.O. employees and some online searching yielded a very satisfying conclusion to those matters: The product I had ordered was an obsolete type and the replacement I had received was more than compatible with my requirements. The product I received works and performs just as expected and I am very pleased with it.

About the product:
Seems to be fine and lasts longer than my old battery. Once or twice my laptop has warned it may be incompatible and has hibernated, suggesting I remove and reinsert the battery; then it's been OK. A longer product description specifying that that batter was larger than the standard part and has feet to raise the laptop up at an angle would have been useful.
