I'm glad Battery Upgrade ships non-official replacements for batteries that have been phased out by their official producers, or for batteries that the US companies don't ship to Europe. Very helpful!
The purchase experience was smooth and delivery took for a while due to slow custom clearance at the airport. However, I got tracking number for the parcel when requested and I was able to follow up the delivery via internet portal. Batteryupgrade could though improve by providing the tracking number of the parcel automatically in order to facilitate follow up of the delivery.

My original battery to HP - DV7-1140eo went bad in no time and now I purchased a battery with higher capacity from batteryupgrade.com. Battery fit well into the laptop and provides me now much better mobility with my laptop.
