Overally fine.Pay and delivered.Took some more time than expected though.But..finally arrived. One more thing...the battery delivered...clips compatible with the laptop..device fits,but is 1/3 bigger than the original one and as a result part of it is protruding some 5cm behind the back of the lap.Not big deal..save for transportation.

About the product:
The replacement battery is for a Sony laptop. It now works perfectly, though it was necessary to change the software configuration on the laptop first (a common issue with Sony laptops) - BatteryUpgrade personnel were very supportive during this process, and helped me complete it very quickly
