I was happy with the speed the battand cost of batteries. I have been in contact with Stephanie who have been very helpful so far for a small problem.
About the product:
Small Problem - the one battery I purchased was too large (correct battery, but special back cover way too thick) and checking if it would be possible to send back for replacement of a smaller version.
Over all service was great. I was following up with my order as it seem to take a bit longer than anticpated on the order. however your customer service reps responded quickly to my email which was great and provided that peace of mind.
