Also sent as a letter with ground mail so I did not had an expensive custom service surcharge from the delivery company and no TVA or customs to pay for the destination Switzerland. Very quick answer to an email. Sent free of charge the white cover without having to return first the whole package (battery and blue cover). Great!

Battery (high capacity for Galaxy S3) works good - unfortunately there was a blue cover in the package and not the white as ordered. After a quick response to my email, they offered to send just a white cover right away at no costs - good service!
