Once I determined the battery type I required which matched my laptop the rest was pretty straight forward. Following the prompts and then the purchasing info, it was a simple task. Any concerns I had at giving my credit card details over the net were completley unfounded as Battery Upgrade have a very secure system in place. The delivery promiced was spot on and I have no problems using Battery Direct again in the future.
