Initially I thought BatteryChampion was NZ based, which it isn't. This meant the product was shipped from overseas and takes a little longer to arrive. Having said that, the service was impeccable. The item arrived well packed and was a perfect match for my device. I would not hesitate to place further orders with them.

The selection process on the website was very easy and had several options available. The product was a perfect match, this a lengthened the lifespan of my device for a very reasonable price.
The website is easy to navigate, could do with some more searchable info on the products, but in general its all good, their service is good, the parts ordered arrived within 5 days.
