Site is clear and helpful, ordering worked well, rather longer delivery time than I was expecting ( Bank Holiday may have slowed delivery time). Battery well packaged and arrived in fine condition.A query I emailed to the site was answered promptly and to my satisfaction.
About the product:
Battery fitted my old Hitachi drill easily with no problems at all. I have not used it for any long period as yet so cannot comment on the run time. Value for money appears very good.
